Specialized Properties (originally Sangster Real Estate) has developed over 60 years, into a company focused on investment real estate. Jeff has successfully represented buyers and sellers in numerous transactions that include a number of Single Tenant Triple Net, Industrial, Office, Multi-family and TIC properties. He has also negotiated a number of lease buy outs and new long term leases. His activities have included aquisitions, site planning, building approvals, demolition and construction phases as well as financial analysis, asset/property management and strategic planning.

His education includes an undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado and an MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management (Ranked #1 in the world for the 12th year in a row by the Wall Street Journal for international business).
